Where to buy Galeon 440 FLY:
Galeon Yachts
The Galeon 440 FLY is a just-right-sized yacht built in the popular flybridge fast-trawler style. It makes the perfect platform for overnighting or a couple looking to take an extended cruise. Modern looks and design features include huge hull windows and fold-down terrace platforms extending your cockpit to nearly 19 feet wide.
The 440 FLY can be ordered in two or three cabin layouts. These boats are notable for their abundance of social spaces—large sun lounges forward, a dining settee in the salon, and another on the aft deck. The flybridge offers an excellent spot to hang out and to helm on nice-weather days and adds another wrap-around seating area with a dining table.
We spoke to an owner who captains the 440 FLY on the St. John River who particularly praised the maneuverability at slower speeds in strong currents. This, along with spatial design features won the 440 FLY Yacht Style Award for vessels between 13 and 15 meters.
Price around $1.1 million for 440 FLY, Galeon Yachts has done a good job of keeping costs down without compromising on materials.
