Where to buy Montauk 210:
Boston Whaler
Although not the most versatile and feature-rich boat from Boston Whaler, the Montauk 210 does provide serious anglers with a functional, safe, and comfortable inshore and offshore fishing platform. This is a low-maintenance, safe and solid center console designed for a quick launch, good fun, easy hosing down and go experience.
The flagship of the Montauk line boasts a spacious layout featuring a forward casting deck as well as two rear casting platforms. The latter can be converted into individual seats. Plus, rod holders throughout the boat and a forward insulated fishbox.
Standard features on this model are indeed very few, so in order to fully enjoy this Montauk, you’re going to have to add a package that’s most tailored to your activities.
Some options include the Fishing Package (94-quart cooler seat, rod holders, and tackle drawers), the Deluxe Leaning Post (30-gallon livewell, rod holders, and raw-water washdown), and for added comfort and versatility, an enclosed head with pump-out and a big bow pad.
There’s a little head under the console for a modicum of luxury on this otherwise functional-first vessel.
Rigged with the Mercury 150 FourStroke, the Montauk 210 reached a top speed of 40 mph at 5800 rpm. Planing speed was reached at 5.6 seconds.
Price starts at $56,674.
