The paddle comes with an ergonomically designed T-shape grip for comfort and stability as well as a pinball clip spring that reduces wear on the connection between the 3 pieces. Another design can be seen on the rigid rib that reinforces the blade, reducing the blade’s tendency to flutter against the current.
